Which background you are choosing like sunset, mountain views etc. Their are lots of artificial background available you can choose any of them like Kids Background, Landscape Background, Movie Poster Background and Patterns & Texture Background
(3) Light Direction: The one of the important factor for photography is the direction of light. Always check the direction of light and if you are in your studio then you have to take care of the Studio Lighting, Umbrella Kits etc Always use good lighting equipments.
(4) Natural Photo: Natural Photo is always looking good. If you are capturing the photo of your wife. Then try to capture the photo of your wife without telling her. And look up the difference between the natural photo and artificial photo. The result for the natural photo will always good.

(3) Always check what is the direction of light because light has the main factor in photography. Direction of light can improve your photography. In early morning (sun Light) you can do better photography.
(4) Try to use camera flashes.
(5) Distance is also the main factor You can use zoom option but always keep in mind about the pixels of photos
(6) Use High quality and good quality cameras only like Sony, Nikon, Cannon
(7) Lens quality of your camera should be good (use high megapixel camera)

Green Screen technique mostly used in the photography. Green Screen (Chromakey) is the technique for composing two images in which a color from one image is removed and revealing another image behind it. Commonly its also called as the Green Screen and Blue Screen
Why Green and Blue Colors Only ?
Usually blue and Green colors are used for this technique because these colors are considered to be the furthest away from skin tone and is also called as the Chromakey
